Cosmetic injectables are a highly specialized treatment and must be performed by a qualified medical practitioner i.e., a cosmetologist or a plastic surgeon. Even though some non-medical practitioners may claim to be able to perform the procedure by completing a few courses, they will never have the level of training or the understanding of facial anatomy to successfully conduct this advanced treatment.
