About Dr. Layla Marzooqi

Dr. Layla Mohamed Al Marzooqi is a highly accomplished medical professional, currently serving as the Medical Director at La Vie Clinic and holding positions as an Associate Professor at Sharjah University and Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Dubai Medical College.

She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland with a General Internal Medical Professional certificate and holds a master’s degree in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation from the University of Chester – UK, where she graduated with distinction in her Ph.D. course.

With over 15 years of experience in clinical cardiology, her main area of interest is in preventive cardiovascular disease and women’s heart health.

Additionally, Dr. Layla is a senior aeromedical examiner, certified by the General Civil Aviation Authority in the United Arab Emirates, and has made significant contributions to national and international research studies and conferences.
